Free Group Healing Meditation Recording

This is a link to a free guided meditation class, recorded on October 12th, 2024. There is never a bad time to learn energetic tools, especially during this time when we need to be as grounded and centered as possible.

This is not a “be silent and block out all distractions” meditation - this is a “psychic” meditation that uses visualization to help you to center your energy, clear your space, and call back your energy.

In this group meditation, we sent healing energy to Mother Earth as well, setting our intention to help bring calm and peace to various parts of the world, including the southeastern United States’ hurricanes and to the Middle East.
