For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated and hypnotized by the night sky.
In particular, I’ve often felt a pull to the star Sirius, also known as the “Dog Star” and felt an inexplicable sense of home and familiarity.
Since I was a child, I have always stared up at the cosmos with a sense of knowing that there is so much more to this Universe than what was taught to me in school, or what my conservative Christian church taught me growing up.
I have always felt that I’ve been on a different wavelength than others for most of my life. It used to make me feel alienated from people during my youth, but now, I accept it and realize that’s just who I am. Whether it was growing up as queer kid in the Midwest or reading about ESP and psychic phenomenon from as early as second grade, I was always a bit unusual.
I've always been interested in the paranormal, spiritual, and metaphysical.
Ever since I was a little kid I’ve enjoyed figuring things out, asking unusual questions on the nature of reality and “why stuff happens.” Whether it was the afterlife, UFOs, angels, ghosts, or why the dryer mysteriously eats socks, I was on the case!
My foray into the metaphysical and intuitive world began in earnest when I was 19 years old. I was floundering in my Sophomore year in college - depressed, anxious, and wondering what the hell I was going to do with my life. Through a seemingly random series of events, I stumbled onto the subject of Numerology and booked a reading with a Numerologist I discovered on the internet.
She told me things about myself, in specific detail, that she would have no way of knowing. I was flabbergasted and can vividly remember my hand shaking as I held the phone and talked to her, as she described myself on a Soul level, even mentioning specific years in my childhood that I endured domestic violence and other challenges.
I was so fascinated and intrigued by this reading that I signed up for classes with her almost immediately. I took to Numerology extremely quickly and became dedicated to helping others discover their Soul’s gifts and purpose.
After studying Numerology (while also beginning to study Astrology) I decided it was time to turn my focus inward and develop my intuitive gifts that lay dormant. I believed at the time (and still do) that everyone has the ability to develop their intuitive senses and communicate with Spirit. I discovered Psychic Development classes with a teacher, and decided to throw myself into learning all I could about developing my intuitive abilities.
Shortly after beginning the program, I realized that I didn’t need to “develop” my abilities so much as I was “remembering” how to turn on what was already there. I discovered that doing intuitive readings and working with Spirit came with relative ease, and it was like I was re-discovering a piece of myself that had been dormant for a long time.
I began doing readings, healing work, and teaching on these subjects since 2015. In 2020, right before the pandemic began, I felt an urge from Spirit to throw myself into my work full-time. Even while the world was in chaos, I was able to support myself and grow my abilities, whether it’s divinatory work in Astrology and Numerology, or in my intuitive and energy healing work.
Helping others to find their own North Star - whether it’s helping them discover and re-align to their Soul’s gifts, purpose, or helping to decode likely future outcomes and turning points, is one of my greatest passions in this life.
